The apartment is peacefully situated in a quiet location adjacent to the City walls.
There is a secure telephone door entry system with stairs leading up to this charming first floor apartment.
We are proud of the high standard we provide to our guests, many of whom return time and time again and regard it as their home from home
Sitting / Dining Area
The sitting room with dining area overlooks the relaxing garden with views of York Minster. There is a DVD player with a selection of films, a music system, LED TV, and two comfortable leather reclining sofas. Upon your arrival you will find that the kettle has boiled and a tray is set for afternoon tea with home made scones and jam for you to enjoy.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen has a range of modern appliances including: electric cooker and hob with extractor hood, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and electric kettle.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms have full sized beds and are tastefully dressed in co-ordinating fabric for bed linen and curtains. All linen and towels are provided. Bedroom one has twin beds and bedroom two has a double bed.
Bathroom
The fully tiled bathroom has a washbasin with LED mirror lighting and shaver point, WC, bath with shower over,towels and toiletries are provided.
Garden
The secluded lawned garden with comfortable garden furniture is available for the use of all our guests.
Parking
For our guests use there is a secure private car park with electronic gates.
Provisions
Within a two minute walk you will find a large selection of shops, restaurants and a Sainsburys supermarket.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is four people. The apartment is non-smoking and is not suitable for guests who wish to bring pets. Children over 8 welcome.
Services
Electricity for both heating and cooking, bed linen, towels (bath sheet and hand towel for each person) are included in the price.
